  • Endocrine: regulates blood sugar and glucagon levels.
  • Exocrine: the production of pancreatic juices that help digest food.

If the pancreas has a problem or is weakened, it can no longer perform these functions properly. Irregularities can occur as a result of conditions such as pancreatitis, diabetes, or pancreatic cancer. 

The most harmful elements for the pancreas are:

  • Animal fats: especially milk and red meat.
  • Fried: french fries, burgers, pizza, etc.

The detox diet lasts a week. In addition to diet, it includes other activities. It is based on the biological cycles of the body:

  • From 4 am to 12:00: Detoxification;

Daily physical activity should include:

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with water, add a pinch of salt and simmer for 5 minutes. Wait 2 hours, strain the mixture, then serve with confidence.


Salad that helps cleanse and revitalize the pancreas

Lunch is served after 12 noon and should provide you with energy for the rest of the day.


  • 1 cup ripe cereal (rice, quinoa or millet)
  • 1 tablespoon gomashio low in salt (or pumpkin seeds)
  • 3 vegetables (onions, leeks, carrots, turnips, pumpkin, etc.)


Prepare a stew with a dense texture, using the above ingredients and some water. Eat one or two large portions.


Serve the same dish as for lunch, but only one portion.

Drink enough water throughout the day. You can also drink natural herbal teas.
